About this rug
Handspun from premium Ghazni wool and coloured with natural vegetable dyes, this rug’s soft sky-blue tones and flowing design capture the calm beauty of the ocean. A central medallion of warm amber and cream blooms amid trailing vines and paisley boteh motifs, framed by a wide border of sun-burst rosettes in rust, indigo and forest green. Soft, irregular abrash across the field gives it the gentle, hand-worked character typical of fine tribal weaving.
